Any person who is above the age of 60 years is eligible to join Sevarat.

Any person who is above the age of 60 years can register himself/herself. Any relative/friend of such a person can also register him/her.

Sevarat is just a call away. Our representative will visit you and assist you with the registration. One could also fill the registration form online. You will receive an email with a link to make an online payment. You can pay via cash/cheques payable at par or via IMPS/NEFT/RTGS.

The membership is valid for 365 days from the date of registration.

No, the membership cannot be transferred.

Sevarat membership fees are non-refundable. All other charges are refundable at the fair discretion of the management of Sevarat.

We are aware that older persons do move their places of residence during the course of the year. As long as the member moves to a place where we do provide services, we will extend all the services to the member at the new address.

For membership, we need a proof of identity, declaration of address where the service is being availed and the signed membership form.

You can call us to book a service or log on to our website or mobile app and book a service there.

There are standard TAT (Turn Around times) mentioned for each type of service on our website. So long as you are calling within the TAT, you are most likely to get a service. However, it is important to note that this is a Human Resource based service, and if there are too many bookings for the same day, it would be difficult or not possible to accept your request. Sevarat shall make the best effort to meet your request, but there is a small possibility that therequest may be declined.

Yes, every member of the Sevarat Staff is trained to handle his/her duties. Apart from being professionally qualified, they are trained to attend to the needs of our members with most care. Our staff is groomed to adapt and adjust in the surroundings of your homes so as not to become an obstruction in your comfort.

No, there are no payments to be made to the staff. All payments will have to be made towards Sevarat only.

No, the Sevarat staff will carry their own meals. However, you are required to provide the staff a comfortable place and a brief break in order to have their meals

If there is any medication to be administered, please ensure there is a clearly written DOCTOR’s prescription. It is compulsory to have the prescription written by a doctor to safeguard us against any unwanted malpractice or error. The home caretakers may not be able to read prescriptions hence are advised not to administer medication. Our trained nurses however are qualified to do the same.

The Sevarat Nurse will administer the bed pan/urine pot/change diapers and clean the patient.

The care taker will not cook for the member. In special cases where the member is alone and doesn’t have any support to cook, Sevarat may arrange to provide a caretaker who can cook too (on a case-to-case basis). This should be agreed upon at the time of hiring a Sevarat assistant. These services will have to be paid for additionally.

Sevarat employs health care assistants who are qualified and/or trained to take care of the physical wellbeing of the member which includes personal hygiene, timely feeds & medicine apart from providing loving companionship. The Sevarat assistants & nurses will not undertake any other household or outdoor chores.

Whenever a member needs to be taken outdoors, the mode of transportation will be the member’s own preferred mode of transport. The additional charges towards the same will have to be paid at actuals.
