Services Condition
The Membership Fee of ₹8000/- is NON REFUNDABLE. This is an arrangement for the duration of 365 days from the date of registration. NO SERVICES WILL BE DELIVERED FROM 8AM – 15TH OCTOBER 2023 TO 8AM -16TH OCTOBER 2023 AS AN OBSERVATION OF SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. FOUNDATION DAY. All fees for services will be paid in advance. The current fees may be subject to changes without prior consent. In case of discontinuation of the service before the completion of the previously agreed period, the service charges deducted will be as per the rate applicable to the no of days actually served. It is mandatory to inform at least 24 hours in advance in case of discontinuation of services. Failing which the feesfor the following day will be withheld and the balance duly refunded. SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. will make every reasonable effort to meet your service requests. However, in the unlikely event of unavailability of staff, SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. may decline/delay the fulfillment of the service request. At all points in time, SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. reserves the complete freedom to allocate available manpower to meet the needs of the member. It may not always be able to assign a preferred assistant. The customer is advised not to divulge any sensitive/important information to the SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. staff. SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. is not liable for any loss of such information or data that has been gathered by the staff in course of their assignment. The customer is advised to keep all precious/important belongings safe and under adequate care. SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. is not liable for any damage/loss of property. If the customer finds any behavior that is unacceptable, they will feel free to communicate it either via call/SMS/WhatsApp to SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. Admin. SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. staff will perform the tasks pertaining to the care of the member only as specified at the time of assigning
It is not always possible for the caretaker/nurse to carry/lift/shift the member single-handedly. Assistance needs to be provided to support the staff and avoid mishaps.
SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. staff will not be engaged to do any extra/additional household/outdoor chores for the family of the member. Any additional tasks done by a SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. employee will be of his/her own volition and not binding on other employees assigned thereafter. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain due respect and ensure the safety and wellbeing of the SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. staff during the course of the assignment. Any misdemeanor by the member’s family or employees will be considered with utmost seriousness and appropriate action will be taken. In cases where the SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. staff is provided meals, it is understood that the food provided will be sufficient, healthy and timely. SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. staff on 24 hour duty will be provided a place and bedding/sleeping bag/mattress to sleep at night, bathroom, washing and drying facilities. It shall be ensured that the person serving gets at least 5-6 hours (at a stretch) of sleep during the 24 hours. If it comes to the notice of SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. Management that the customer has indulged in hiring the employees of SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. without intimating the SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. Management, SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. will be free to terminate the arrangement without notice. SEVARAT HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. HEALTHCARE AND NURSING PVT. LTD. retains the right to terminate the agreement in case of irreconcilable differences with the customer/member at any time during the course of the year. Any advance charges will be promptly refunded.
